General Schedule is as follows:

Athlete Check-in  7-7:45am

Athlete/Judges briefing  (Max C&J/Wall Ball and “Rowing Bells”)  8:00am

National Anthem  8:25am

WODs Begin  8:30am

All athletes finished with first 2 WODs  12:00pm

Lunch Break 12:00-12:30pm

Athlete/Judges briefing  12:30pm  (“Bar Medley” and 9 minute AMRAP)

All athletes finished with all WODs 4:00pm

Awards 4:15pm
